Bissell vacuum replacement belt

This Appliance Factory Parts belt replaces part number 18-3112-09 for Bissell vacuum cleaners. It fits 14 listed models including 6801, 3750, 3760, 6850, 6860, and 4220 series units. The single-pack design suits owners needing a direct replacement for a worn or broken drive belt.

Simple stretch-fit installation

Installation requires stretching the belt over the motor shaft and brush roll without tools. The main difficulty is achieving correct tension on models where the motor mount is fixed. If the belt is too loose it will slip under load; if forced onto the wrong pulley groove it can wear unevenly or snap during first use.

Rubber drive belt limitations

As a rubber friction belt it will stretch, harden, and lose grip over time with heat and debris exposure. It cannot compensate for a seized brush roll or misaligned motor shaft, which will cause premature failure. The part is specific to the listed Bissell models and has no cross-compatibility with other brands or belt sizes.

The pack contains one replacement belt only; no tools, screws or additional hardware are included.
