Genuine Friedrich Support Brackets

These support brackets are genuine Friedrich parts manufactured for room air conditioners. They carry part number 61109514 and are sold as new components. The brackets fit seven specific Friedrich models across the 18, 21, 24, 28, 30, 35 and 36 series. Installers use them to secure the appliance chassis in the wall sleeve.

Capacity and headroom

Each set of brackets is engineered for the listed Friedrich models and provides the rated structural support for those units. They are not validated for other brands or for Friedrich models outside the seven identified part numbers. Using them on unlisted equipment may leave the installation without adequate mounting strength.

What the genuine part changes

Because the brackets are original Friedrich components rather than aftermarket copies, the hole pattern and metal gauge match the factory specification exactly. This eliminates the need to drill new holes or shim the bracket during installation. The genuine part also preserves the manufacturer's intended load path for the chassis.
