Porcelain Steel Heat Plate for Jackson Grills

This porcelain steel heat plate is a direct replacement part for Jackson grill models including the JPG700, JPG850, Premier 700 and Premier 850 series. It is sold individually and arrives in new condition ready for installation.

Porcelain coating resists corrosion

The porcelain steel construction protects the underlying metal from rust caused by grease and moisture during regular grilling. Its smooth surface allows food residue to be brushed away easily, helping maintain consistent heat distribution across the cooking area.

Steel core spreads heat evenly without flare-ups

The metal core absorbs and radiates heat uniformly, reducing hot spots that can burn food or cause flare-ups. The porcelain layer withstands normal grilling temperatures without degrading, so the plate performs reliably over repeated cooking sessions.

Questions about this item

What material is the 93191 heat plate made of and how does it affect heat distribution?

The plate is porcelain-coated steel, which spreads heat evenly across the 14 1/8 x 7 1/16 inch surface and resists corrosion from drippings.

Which grill models does the 93191 plate fit and what are the exact dimensions?

It fits Jackson models JPG700, JPG700BI, JPG700BI-2, JPG850BI, JPG850BI-2, Premier 700, Premier 700BI and Premier 850BI; the plate measures 14 1/8 by 7 1/16 inches.

How is the 93191 heat plate installed and what common mistake should be avoided?

Remove the old plate, set the new porcelain-steel plate flat on the burner brackets, and ensure it sits level; the frequent error is leaving a gap that causes uneven heating.
