Fresh Air Door Filter

This filter is a replacement component for Midea air-conditioning and refrigeration units. It installs in the fresh-air intake door to trap dust and debris before air enters the system. The part is sold individually and carries part number MDA12120300001288. It is listed as new condition from Appliance Factory Parts.

Compatible Model Integration

The filter fits 238 specific Midea model numbers including 600498, C9737, MP12EMC63, 2477816, MP07HMB62 and SP12E220. No additional hardware is mentioned in the specifications. Installing the filter restores proper airflow through the fresh-air door without requiring modifications to the cabinet or ductwork. It replaces the original filter directly in the designated slot.

Sustained Operation Behaviour

Under continuous use the filter media captures airborne particles that would otherwise accumulate on the evaporator coil. Regular replacement maintains the designed airflow rate and prevents the coil from fouling during extended cooling or heating cycles. The component is classified under AC & Refrigeration Components for standard service intervals.
