Replacement LP Valve for MHP Grills

The Appliance Factory Parts GGVLV28 is a liquid-propane valve designed for MHP WNK and TJK series grills. It replaces the original valve on sixteen listed models including WNK4DD, TJK2NS and AMCTSS. The part is sold individually and ships new from the manufacturer.

Direct fit for existing manifold

The valve threads into the existing LP manifold on compatible WNK and TJK grills without adapter kits or re-piping. It restores fuel control on units where the original valve has worn or failed, letting the grill operate on its standard LP supply. No additional regulator or hose is required beyond what the grill already uses.

Single valve, no extras included

The package contains only the GGVLV28 valve; no knobs, fittings or installation hardware are bundled. Installers must reuse the original mounting hardware and control knob from the grill. First listed by the manufacturer on March 19, 2026, the part carries no separate software or accessory bundle.

Questions about this item

What is the first limit that shows up under sustained use of the GGVLV28 LP valve?

The valve is rated for LP gas flow on the listed MHP grill models; sustained high-demand cooking will reach the burner orifice capacity before the valve itself becomes the restriction.

How much noise, heat or power does the GGVLV28 LP valve produce when running all day?

The valve has no moving electrical parts, so it generates no audible noise, no measurable heat beyond the gas flow, and draws zero power during continuous operation.

What existing grill components must I already own for the GGVLV28 LP valve to work?

You need a compatible MHP grill — one of the 16 listed WNK or TJK models — with the original LP manifold and burner assembly intact.
