LG Washer-Dryer Guide Filter

This genuine guide filter fits LG washer-dryer combinations across 141 listed model numbers. It also suits 13 Kenmore models and a single Kelvinator model. The part replaces the original component that directs airflow through the dryer section. Homeowners repairing their own appliances will find the exact match they need.

Dryer Airflow Compatibility Limits

The filter works only with the specific model series identified in the compatibility list. It cannot be adapted to other brands or to LG models outside the 141 listed numbers. Using it in an unlisted appliance will prevent proper air circulation and may cause overheating. Always verify the model number before ordering.

Simple Clip-In Installation

Installation requires removing the old filter and sliding the new one into the same housing until it clicks. No tools are needed for most listed models. The most common error is fitting the filter backwards, which blocks airflow instead of guiding it. A second issue is failing to seat the filter fully, leaving a gap that lets lint bypass the mesh.
