Direct replacement motor

The Appliance Factory Parts MOTOR611 is a new direct-replacement motor for Bradley smokers. It fits models BS611, BS611EU, BS815XLT, BS815XLTCE and BTDS76CE-EU. The part supersedes the earlier MOTORGEN120 designation and is sold individually for single-unit repairs.

Sustained smokehouse duty

Designed for the continuous rotation and feed cycles of Bradley cabinet smokers, the motor maintains torque across long low-temperature sessions. It drives the generator mechanism without the intermittent cooling pauses required by lighter-duty universal motors.

Upgrades from MOTORGEN120

This unit replaces the legacy MOTORGEN120 part number across the listed Bradley models. The jump is worth it when the original motor stalls under load, runs noisy after extended hours or fails to advance the bisquette feed reliably. Buyers needing a different voltage or a motor for non-Bradley cabinets should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How much power does the MOTOR611 draw during continuous smoking sessions?

The motor replaces the original MOTORGEN120 unit used in Bradley smokers, so it operates at the same 120 V specification the cabinet was designed for.

What existing Bradley components must be present for the MOTOR611 to install and run?

It fits directly into BS611, BS611EU, BS815XLT, BS815XLTCE and BTDS76CE-EU cabinets using the original mounting points and wiring harness.

Will the BS611 motor work with the older BTDS108P smoker I still use?

Yes, the part is listed as a direct replacement for the BTDS108P model, so it connects to the same drive shaft and control board without modification.
