Humidifier disc assembly for HumidAire

The Appliance Factory Parts RH97B supplies a 24-disc humidifier rotor complete with shaft for HumidAire whole-house units. It fits models FH300, FH300A, FH300B, FH300C, FH400, FH400A, FH400B and FH400C. Install it to restore proper moisture output when the original drum wears out.

Verify model and shaft fit before ordering

Confirm the unit carries a HumidAire badge and matches one of the eight listed model numbers. Remove the cover and check that the existing drum uses a 24-disc stack and the same shaft diameter; other HumidAire models may use different disc counts or mounting hardware.

Replaces a worn or mineral-clogged drum

Swapping the old disc assembly restores evaporation surface area and airflow balance without replacing the entire humidifier cabinet. The upgrade is worthwhile when the current drum shows cracked discs, heavy scale build-up or a bent shaft that causes vibration. It is not for owners needing a different capacity humidifier or a portable room unit.
