Replacement burner for Broil King grills

This tubular burner with integrated ignition measures 34 by 2 inches and carries part number S13016A. It is designed as a direct replacement for the original S13016 component on compatible Broil King models. The part is sold individually and listed as new condition.

Integrated ignition simplifies lighting

The built-in ignition system eliminates the need for a separate spark generator or manual lighter when starting the grill. Installing this single assembly restores both fuel delivery and ignition function in one step, reducing the number of components that must be aligned during repair.

Questions about this item

How often does the tubular burner on a Broil King grill need replacement?

The burner is a wear part; lifespan depends on usage frequency and cleaning, but tubular burners on these grills typically last several seasons before corrosion or port blockage requires a new S13016A.

What is the first performance limit when running this burner at high heat for long periods?

The 34-by-2-inch tubular design distributes heat along its length; the practical limit is uneven heating if ports clog or the metal warps after extended high-output sessions.

Does the built-in ignition add noticeable heat or noise during all-day grilling?

The ignition is a spark electrode that only fires at startup; it adds no continuous heat or noise once the burner is lit and running.
