Silverware basket for Maytag

This replacement silverware basket fits nine specific dishwasher models from Maytag and Whirlpool. It is designed to hold cutlery and small utensils securely during the wash cycle. The part replaces the original basket when it becomes damaged or lost. Compatibility covers both brands with a single component.

Durable construction for repeated wash cycles

The basket is built to withstand the heat, water pressure and detergent exposure of daily dishwasher use. Its open-grid design allows water and detergent to reach every utensil surface for thorough cleaning. The structure resists warping and cracking over extended service life. It maintains its shape through hundreds of load cycles.

Exact-fit replacement for listed models only

This part matches the mounting points and dimensions of the nine factory-listed models and is not a universal fit. Buyers with other dishwasher models will need a different basket. The part number WPLWP6-918873 confirms the correct application. Installation requires no tools or modifications.
