GE dishwasher blower replacement

This new blower assembly carries part number GEHWD26X10056 and supersedes the earlier GEHWD26X10019 design. It is manufactured by Appliance Factory Parts as a direct replacement component for GE-brand dishwashers. The part is sold individually and listed under the dishwasher replacement parts category.

Fits 159 GE model numbers

Compatibility spans 159 specific model identifiers including series such as PDW9900, PDW9800, ZBD6800, GDWT608 and PDWT585 among many others. Installing this blower restores the drying airflow path without requiring changes to the control board or wash pump. The component slides into the existing housing and connects to the original wiring harness.

Sustained drying airflow under load

During a heated dry cycle the blower runs continuously to move moist air away from dishes and interior surfaces. Its motor and fan assembly are built for repeated high-humidity exposure at elevated temperatures. Steady airflow prevents condensation buildup and shortens cycle times compared to a worn or failed unit.
