Appliance Factory Parts WE25M40 Bearing Kit

This aftermarket bearing kit replaces the drum bearing assembly in compatible GE dryers. It is intended for owners of the listed GE models who need to restore smooth drum rotation and eliminate bearing noise. The kit is sold individually and installs as a direct replacement for the original component.

Suitable for DIY repair on listed GE dryers

This kit suits DIY repairers who own one of the 3071 compatible GE dryer models and have confirmed the part number WE25M40 matches their service manual. It is not for owners of non-GE brands, models outside the listed range, or repair tasks that require additional rollers, belts, or glides not included in this bearing kit.

Part number WE25M40 confirms fit

The single specification that decides fit is the part number WE25M40 cross-referenced against the 3071 listed GE model numbers. Verify this exact part number on your appliance schematic before ordering, as similar bearings carry different numbers and will not install correctly on the models supported by this kit.
