Multi-use disposable bath caps

Aquior ORTCI bath caps come in a pack of 30 transparent plastic covers sized at 12 inches and stretching to 17.3 inches. They are designed for adults who need a hygienic, single-use barrier for showering, deep conditioning treatments, or protecting hair from dust while cleaning. The elastic band accommodates long hair, braids and bulky styles without feeling tight.

Practical limits of the PE material

The thickened waterproof polyethylene resists tearing during normal use but is not intended for repeated wear or heavy mechanical stress. Heat from the scalp helps hair masks penetrate, yet the caps are not rated for high-temperature styling tools. They provide a reliable barrier against water, oil and dust for one session, after which they should be discarded.

Installation and common issues

Each cap opens by gently rubbing the elastic edge, then stretches over the head in seconds. The vacuum-compressed packaging keeps them compact until needed. Problems arise if the elastic is overstretched beyond 17.3 inches, which can cause snapping, or if users attempt to wash and reuse the caps, defeating the disposable design.
