AQVIN AQ80 Gaming Tower

The AQVIN AQ80 is a tower-form gaming desktop built around an Intel Core i7-8700 six-core processor with 12 MB L3 cache and a turbo frequency of 4.60 GHz. It ships with 32 GB DDR4 memory, a 2 TB NVMe SSD and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card with 8 GB GDDR6. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed with TPM 2.0, and the box includes a USB keyboard and mouse.

Upgrade from older quad-core

Moving from a four-core machine or one relying on integrated graphics gives a clear jump in multi-threaded throughput and 1080p gaming capability. The six-core CPU and dedicated RTX 3050 make the difference when you want higher frame rates in current titles without stepping to a newer platform. If your workload already saturates eight or more threads, this platform will not add the extra cores you need.

2 TB NVMe and 32 GB DDR4 headroom

The 2 TB NVMe drive holds a large game library and project files while keeping boot and load times short. The 32 GB DDR4 capacity handles modern games, streaming and editing sessions without paging. Storage-bound users who record hours of uncompressed footage or keep dozens of AAA titles installed simultaneously will eventually need a secondary drive.

Questions about this item

What case clearance does the AQ80 tower need for the RTX 3050 graphics card?

The AQ80 uses a standard tower chassis with air cooling; the RTX 3050 is a dual-slot card, so allow at least 30 cm depth and one free PCIe slot behind the rear bracket.

Which cable must be connected to the RTX 3050 during installation, and where does it plug in?

Attach the 8-pin PCIe power connector from the PSU directly to the card; the slot is on the top edge of the RTX 3050 and clicks when seated.

How often should the air-cooling fans and dust filters be cleaned on the AQ80?

Open the side panel every 30 days and use compressed air on the CPU cooler, GPU fans, and intake filters to maintain airflow.
