Installation and common issues

The soft silicone sleeve slides on without scratching the device. Users must remove the inner and outer protective films from the clear hard PC back shell before use, otherwise the cover will not sit correctly.

Auto wake sleep limits

The built-in magnetic strip triggers auto wake and sleep when the cover opens and closes. The function depends on the tablet’s own sensor alignment; if the cover shifts, the screen may not respond as expected.
