Gap-Filler Pad for Uneven Surfaces

The Arctic thermal pad measures 120 by 20 millimetres with a thickness of 1.0 millimetre. Its silicone base and special filler give a thermal conductivity of 6.0 W/mK, making it suited for bridging gaps between uneven component surfaces. The material contains no metallic particles, so it is electrically isolating and safe if it contacts circuit traces.

Sustained Load Behaviour

Because the pad is soft and compressible, it maintains consistent contact across irregular mating faces even as temperatures cycle. The 6.0 W/mK conductivity moves heat away steadily during long sessions without the pump-out effect that can affect liquid compounds. Electrical isolation remains intact throughout the operating range.

Build Quality and Daily Handling

The non-capacitive silicone construction resists tearing during installation and does not degrade into a crust over time. A single piece covers the stated dimensions, letting you cut custom shapes for memory modules, voltage regulators or small chipsets. Clean removal leaves no residue on the heatsink or die.
