A 140 mm white case fan with 12 A-RGB LEDs, PWM control from 200 to 1900 RPM, and 2.00 mm H₂O static pressure for radiators
The ARCTIC P14 PWM PST A-RGB is a 140 mm white case fan built for static-pressure cooling. It runs at 200-1900 RPM and can stop completely below five percent PWM duty. Twelve addressable RGB LEDs sit on the hub and transparent rotor for even illumination. A 4-pin PWM connector and a 3-pin 5 V A-RGB header provide control.
This fan replaces standard airflow models when cooling dense fin stacks or radiators. Its 2.00 mm H₂O static pressure and 68.9 CFM airflow handle restrictive layouts without excessive noise. The jump is worthwhile when your current fans stall against a thick heatsink or liquid-cooling radiator. Builders who need pure airflow volume for open meshes will not benefit.
Verify a 4-pin PWM fan header and a 5 V 3-pin A-RGB header exist on your board or controller. Confirm 140 mm mounting points match your case or radiator. Ensure the semi-passive 0 RPM mode is supported by your fan curve software. Systems lacking a 5 V A-RGB header cannot use the lighting.

The fan uses a standard 140 mm square frame, a 4-pin PWM connector for speed control and a 3-pin 5 V A-RGB header for lighting, matching common case mounts and motherboard headers.
Plug the first fan’s PWM and A-RGB leads into the motherboard, then connect each additional fan to the previous fan’s built-in Y-splitter; both power and lighting signals pass through the chain.
Yes, the 5 V A-RGB circuit is independent from the PWM motor drive, so the 12 hub-mounted LEDs remain fully controllable even when the fan runs at 0 RPM.
