Premium silicone thermal pad measuring 100 x 100 x 1.5 mm for bridging gaps on GPUs, CPUs and memory modules
The ARCTIC TP-3 is a high-performance thermal interface pad designed for PC builders and technicians who need to bridge gaps between heat sources and coolers. Its electrically insulating, non-capacitive composition makes it safe for direct contact with sensitive components such as RAM modules, chipsets and graphics card ICs.
The pad arrives as a single 100 by 100 millimetre sheet that can be cut to the exact shape required for each application. At 1.5 millimetres thick it comfortably fills larger uneven gaps between closely spaced chips, though extremely thin interfaces will need a slimmer alternative.
The very soft silicone and special filler compress easily to minimise thermal resistance while also damping vibration. Because the material contains no metal particles it remains electrically safe during handling, and the extreme softness demands careful installation following the supplied user manual.
Measured against everything we stock in Cable Locks & Laptop Extras, at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.

The pad compresses well thanks to its very soft silicone base, so it conforms to uneven gaps and reduces thermal resistance when the cooler is tightened to spec.
Monitor GPU or CPU temperatures under load; a drop of several degrees compared with the previous interface material indicates the pad is bridging the gap effectively.
The sheet is supplied as a single 100 x 100 mm piece; you trim it to the exact shape needed for RAM, VRM, chipset or GPU die using scissors or a craft knife.
