This two-piece set includes one mini slotted spatula measuring 8.1 by 1.6 inches and one mini solid spatula measuring 8.3 by 2.2 inches. Both utensils feature platinum-cured food-grade silicone heads with stainless-steel cores for added strength. They are heat-resistant up to 600°F and safe for non-stick cookware.

Home cooks needing compact turners for delicate

The narrow heads suit brownies, bar cookies, fudge and transferring cookies from baking sheets to cooling racks. Buyers who want larger turners for flipping pancakes or burgers should look at full-size models. The set is not intended for heavy-duty scraping or lifting large roasts.

Dishwasher-safe silicone with hanging holes

Each handle has a small hole for hanging storage, keeping drawers tidy. The silicone wipes clean easily and withstands dishwasher cycles without degrading. No additional accessories or software are included beyond the two spatulas.

Questions about this item

What cookware must I already own for the 8.3 in mini spatulas to be useful?

They are designed for non-stick pans, baking sheets and cooling racks, so you need at least one of those to use them as intended.

Will the stainless-steel core that gives 30% extra strength scratch my older non-stick pans?

The silicone head is moderately soft and the supplier states it does not hurt the container, so the core stays fully covered during use.

How can I tell the spatulas are withstanding the claimed 600 °F heat limit after I start cooking?

They will not melt, warp or discolour during normal high-heat tasks such as transferring cookies from a hot baking sheet.
