ArsenalPC ASUS ROG GR701 gaming desktop

The ArsenalPC ASUS ROG GR701 is a pre-built gaming desktop powered by an Intel Core i7-14700KF 20-core processor running at 3.4GHz. It includes 32GB of DDR5 memory and an AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT graphics card with 16GB of GDDR6 video memory. Storage combines a 1TB NVMe solid-state drive with a 2TB SATA III hard drive. The system ships with Windows 11 Home installed and a 750W power supply.

360mm liquid cooler installation notes

The unit arrives assembled with a 360mm liquid cooler already mounted on the CPU, so no cooler installation is required. The case interior is accessible for adding drives or memory, but the closed-loop cooler cannot be refilled or expanded. Component brands may vary between builds, so cable routing and bracket styles can differ from online guides. Ensure the radiator fans are oriented for exhaust to avoid recirculating warm air.

PCI Express x16 and DDR5 platform limits

The graphics card uses a PCI Express x16 slot, which defines the bandwidth ceiling for the Radeon RX 7800 XT. The motherboard provides four DDR5 slots, all populated in this configuration, so adding memory requires replacing existing modules. The 750W power supply sets the total system power budget, limiting future GPU upgrades to cards within that envelope. The LGA 1700 socket supports 14th generation Intel Core processors only.
