Built for 4K Gaming and Heavy Multitasking

This desktop pairs an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 to serve enthusiasts who want high frame rates at 4K resolution and smooth performance in creative workloads. The 24-core processor reaches 5.7GHz, while the graphics card brings 16GB of GDDR7 memory for modern titles and GPU-accelerated applications.

Sustained Load Behaviour with 360mm Liquid Cooling

A 360mm liquid cooler keeps the CPU near its 5.7GHz frequency during extended sessions instead of throttling after a short burst. The 1000W power supply delivers stable current to both the 24-core processor and the RTX 5080 under continuous heavy draw, while the 64GB DDR5 configuration prevents memory pressure in long-running tasks.

Straightforward Setup with Dual-Drive Storage

The system arrives assembled, tested and running Windows 11 Home so it boots to the desktop without extra steps. Both the 2TB NVMe SSD and the 2TB SATA III HDD are already mounted and recognised, removing the common issue of missing drive letters or uninitialised disks. Four DDR5 slots are populated, leaving no free sockets for later expansion.

Questions about this item

How loud and hot does the 360mm liquid cooler keep the Core Ultra 9 285K during all-day gaming?

The 360mm liquid cooler is designed to handle the 24-core Core Ultra 9 285K at its 5.7GHz base frequency, keeping temperatures controlled and fan noise lower than air coolers under sustained loads.

Which peripherals and display do I need to add before this GR701 desktop is ready to use?

The system ships with Windows 11 Home installed and includes Wi-Fi; you only need to provide a monitor, keyboard, and mouse to start gaming.

Can I keep my existing SATA III hard drives and DDR5 memory when upgrading to this RTX 5080 system?

Yes, the motherboard offers SATA III ports for your current hard drives and four DDR5 slots — 64GB is already installed, leaving room for further DDR5 expansion.
