ArsenalPC ASUS ROG GR701 Gaming Desktop

This custom-built desktop pairs an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K 24-core processor running at 5.7 GHz with a 360 mm liquid cooler and an AMD Radeon RX 9070 graphics card. It ships with 64 GB of DDR5 memory, a 4 TB NVMe SSD, a 2 TB SATA III hard drive and a 750 W power supply under Windows 11 Home. The system is assembled, tested and ready for high-performance gaming out of the box.

Suited for 4K gaming and heavy multitasking

The 24-core CPU and 16 GB GDDR6 GPU handle modern titles at high settings while the large NVMe drive keeps load times short. Buyers who need more than 64 GB of memory or additional drive bays for extra storage arrays should look at a different platform. Workloads that demand a second graphics card or a higher-wattage power supply are not supported by this configuration.

24-core Intel Core Ultra 9 285K at 5.7 GHz

The processor's 24 cores and 5.7 GHz base frequency set the performance ceiling for both gaming and content-creation tasks. If your software scales beyond this core count or requires a higher sustained clock, this desktop will not match those demands. The LGA 1851 socket also means future CPU upgrades are limited to compatible Ultra 9 series chips.

Questions about this item

Do I need to buy a monitor, keyboard and mouse separately to use the GR701?

Yes, the GR701 is a tower-only system. You must provide your own display, keyboard and mouse to operate it.

Will my existing SATA III hard drive work alongside the 4TB NVMe SSD and 2TB HDD already installed?

The motherboard includes SATA III ports, so an additional SATA drive can be connected alongside the factory 2TB HDD and 4TB NVMe SSD.

How can I confirm the liquid cooler is keeping the Core Ultra 9 285K at its 5.7GHz boost under load?

Run a CPU stress test while monitoring core temperatures and clock speeds in HWMonitor or similar software; sustained 5.7GHz with safe temperatures means the 360mm cooler is working correctly.
