System overview

This ArsenalPC desktop pairs a 12-core Ryzen 9 9900X processor running at 4.4GHz with an RTX 5070 graphics card. It targets gamers and creators who need high multi-threaded performance and modern GPU features in a pre-built liquid-cooled chassis. The system ships with Windows 11 Home installed.

Thermals and power

A 360mm liquid cooler handles CPU heat while the 850W power supply feeds the complete build. The ASUS ROG GR701 case provides airflow for the graphics card and memory. Integrated sound and 2.5G Ethernet are on the motherboard.

Deciding specification

The 128GB DDR5 kit (four 32GB modules) fills every DIMM 288-pin slot, so buyers who want more memory must replace the existing sticks rather than add to them. The RTX 5070 uses GDDR7 video memory and the 1TB boot drive is NVMe. Builders who need a second graphics card cannot fit one in this case.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 360mm liquid cooler in the ASUS ROG GR701 case, and what step do people often miss?

Mount the radiator with fans set to exhaust at the top or front of the GR701 case; the step many miss is removing the protective film from the CPU cold-plate before seating it on the Ryzen 9 9900X.

What maintenance or replacement will the 360mm liquid cooler and 850W power supply need later?

The sealed 360mm loop needs no refill; plan to clean radiator fins and replace fans if they get noisy, while the 850W unit may need replacement after several years of heavy GPU loads.

Which limit appears first under sustained gaming — GPU thermals, CPU thermals, or 850W power headroom?

The RTX 5070 typically hits its thermal or power ceiling before the liquid-cooled Ryzen 9 9900X or the 850W supply reaches its limit.
