System identity

The ArsenalPC ASUS ROG GR701 is a liquid-cooled gaming desktop built around an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X 16-core processor running at 4.3GHz. It targets enthusiasts who want a ready-to-play Windows 11 machine with high multi-threaded performance and a modern GPU architecture.

Bundled impact

A 360mm liquid cooler keeps the 16-core CPU at stable temperatures during extended sessions. The 128GB DDR5 memory kit fills all four slots, removing upgrade headroom but delivering maximum capacity out of the box. Dual storage combines a 2TB NVMe SSD for OS and active titles with a 2TB SATA III HDD for bulk libraries. The GeForce RTX 5070 Ti adds 16GB GDDR7 video memory and virtual-reality readiness. An 850W power supply supports the complete build.

Compatibility check

Verify that your workspace fits a full-size desktop tower with a 360mm radiator mount. Confirm the AM5 platform suits your peripheral ecosystem and that the 850W unit matches local mains voltage. The four memory slots are fully populated, so future RAM expansion requires module replacement. The GPU uses a PCI Express x16 slot; ensure no other add-in cards block it.

Questions about this item

When will the 360mm liquid cooler need refilling or pump replacement?

The sealed 360mm liquid cooler is maintenance-free for its service life; no refill or pump service is required unless a leak or failure occurs.

Which component hits its thermal or power ceiling first during long gaming sessions?

The 850W power supply sets the total system power ceiling; sustained loads that approach this limit will throttle before any single component overheats.

How loud does the 360mm liquid cooler get when the Ryzen 9 9950X and RTX 5070 Ti run all day?

The 360mm liquid cooler keeps CPU temperatures low at modest fan speeds, so system noise stays at a quiet hum even under continuous load.
