System overview

This ArsenalPC gaming desktop pairs an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K 24-core processor with a GeForce RTX 5060 graphics card. The CPU reaches a 5.7GHz base frequency on the LGA 1851 platform. 128GB of DDR5 memory and a 2TB NVMe SSD plus 2TB SATA HDD provide capacity for modern titles and heavy multitasking. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed.

Thermals and power

A 240mm liquid cooler handles the 285K heat output while the 750W power supply feeds the complete system. The RTX 5060 uses GDDR7 memory on a PCI Express x16 link. The ASUS TUF GT301 chassis includes WiFi and RGB lighting. Components brands may vary across the build.

Build integration

Four DDR5 slots are populated with the 128GB kit, leaving no free memory slots for expansion. The single GPU occupies the PCI Express x16 slot, limiting additional full-length cards. Two 3.5-inch bays are used by the HDD and SSD combination. The 750W unit supplies the installed hardware; further high-power additions would need verification.

Questions about this item

How is the 240mm liquid cooler installed in the ASUS TUF GT301 case, and what step is commonly missed?

The 240mm liquid cooler mounts to the case radiator brackets with the included hardware; the step often missed is connecting the pump header to the motherboard CPU_FAN connector so the BIOS can control pump speed and report RPM.

What maintenance or replacement will the 240mm liquid cooler and 750W power supply need later?

The 240mm liquid cooler is a sealed unit — no refill is required, but dust should be cleared from the radiator fins every few months; the 750W power supply has no user-serviceable parts and only needs its intake filter cleaned periodically.

What limit appears first during sustained gaming on the RTX 5060 with 8GB GDDR7 and the Core Ultra 9 285K at 5.7GHz?

The 8GB GDDR7 frame buffer on the RTX 5060 fills before the 240mm liquid cooler saturates, so texture-heavy 4K titles hit VRAM capacity limits before CPU or GPU thermal throttling occurs.
