High-Core Gaming Desktop

The ArsenalPC ASUS TUF GT301 is a new gaming desktop built around a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D processor running at 4.3GHz. It targets enthusiasts who need high thread counts for streaming, content creation and modern titles. The system ships with Windows 11 Home installed and includes WiFi and RGB lighting.

DDR5 Memory and Storage Limits

The platform provides four DDR5 slots populated with 32GB total, leaving no empty slots for further expansion without replacing modules. The 2TB NVMe drive handles the operating system and active games while a 2TB SATA III hard drive adds bulk capacity. Both drives use interfaces native to the AM5 chipset.

RTX 5060 Graphics Card

The installed NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 carries 8GB of GDDR7 memory and connects via a PCI Express x16 slot. It supports virtual reality applications and fits within the 750W power supply budget. Buyers who need more video memory for 4K texture packs or multi-monitor simulation rigs should consider a different graphics tier.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 2TB NVMe SSD or the 2TB HDD for my main games?

Use the 2TB NVMe SSD for the operating system and titles you play most often; the 2TB HDD is better suited for larger libraries and media files that do not need the fastest load times.

What does the 4.3GHz base clock on the Ryzen 9 9950X3D mean for everyday gaming?

The 16-core processor runs at 4.3GHz out of the box, giving strong single-thread speed for modern games while the extra cores handle background tasks and streaming without slowing the session.

How does the PCI Express x16 slot limit the GeForce RTX 5060 in this build?

The graphics card connects through a full PCI Express x16 link, so the RTX 5060 can use its 8GB GDDR7 memory and GPU compute resources without being bottlenecked by the interface.
