System identity

This ArsenalPC desktop pairs an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K processor running at 5.7GHz with an AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics card carrying 16GB of GDDR6 memory. It is aimed at gamers and creators who want a liquid-cooled Windows 11 machine ready for high-refresh play and heavy multitasking out of the box.

Upgrade path

The build replaces older rigs limited to four-core CPUs, smaller memory kits or SATA-only storage by delivering 24 cores, 64GB of DDR5 and a 4TB NVMe drive alongside a 2TB SATA hard drive. The jump is worth it when workloads need simultaneous high frame-rates, fast asset streaming and headroom for background tasks.

Sustained behaviour

A 240mm liquid cooler and an 850W power supply keep the 24-core processor and the Radeon GPU stable during extended sessions, while the ASUS TUF GT302 chassis provides airflow for the DDR5 memory and storage. Component brands may vary, but the thermal and power envelope is sized for continuous load rather than short bursts.

Questions about this item

What case clearance is required for the 240mm liquid cooler in the ASUS TUF GT302 chassis?

The 240mm liquid cooler fits the ASUS TUF GT302 case; verify the chassis supports a 240mm radiator at the front or top before adding aftermarket parts.

How is the Intel Core Ultra 9 285K seated in the LGA 1851 socket during assembly, and what step is often missed?

The CPU is aligned using the socket notches, placed gently without force, and the retention lever is locked; the step often missed is removing the protective cover before seating the processor.

When will the 240mm liquid cooler need coolant replacement or pump service?
