ArsenalPC ASUS TUF GT302 Gaming Desktop

This liquid-cooled desktop pairs an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K 24-core processor with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 12GB GDDR7 graphics card. It ships with 128GB DDR5 memory, a 2TB NVMe SSD and a 2TB SATA HDD. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed on an 850W power supply platform.

240mm Liquid Cooler Installation Notes

The closed-loop 240mm liquid cooler arrives pre-filled and mounted on the LGA 1851 socket, so no coolant handling or bracket assembly is required. Builders only need to connect the pump header and radiator fans to the motherboard. The ASUS TUF GT302 chassis provides standard mounting points; cable routing space behind the motherboard tray is limited, so plan fan and power cables before securing the side panel.

Sustained Load Thermal Behaviour

Under extended gaming or rendering sessions the 240mm radiator dissipates heat from the 5.7GHz 24-core CPU and the RTX 5070 GPU within the 850W power budget. Liquid coolant temperature rises gradually, allowing fan curves to remain lower than air-cooled equivalents for the first hour. After thermal saturation the fans ramp to maintain stable clocks; the single-loop design shares radiator capacity between both components, so prolonged combined load will reach higher equilibrium temperatures than separate loops.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the 240 mm liquid cooler is keeping the Core Ultra 9 285K at safe temperatures after I power on?

Open the BIOS on first boot and check the CPU temperature reading at idle, then run a demanding game or benchmark and watch that the temperature remains stable under load.

Which components come pre-installed in the ASUS TUF GT302 case and what must I add myself?

The system ships with the Core Ultra 9 285K, 240 mm liquid cooler, RTX 5070 12 GB GDDR7, 128 GB DDR5 across four slots, 2 TB NVMe SSD, 2 TB SATA HDD, 850 W power supply, Windows 11 Home, Wi-Fi and RGB lighting already installed. No extra parts are required for operation.

Should I choose the 128 GB DDR5 configuration or a lower capacity for 4K gaming with the RTX 5070?

The 128 GB DDR5 kit fills all four memory slots and provides headroom for 4K gaming, streaming and heavy multitasking; a smaller kit would leave slots open but reduce total capacity for memory-intensive workloads.
