Core Ultra 9 285K power for creators and gamers

This ArsenalPC desktop pairs a 24-core Intel Core Ultra 9 285K processor with an AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT graphics card. The 5.7GHz boost clock and 32GB of DDR5 memory handle heavy multitasking and modern titles. It suits users who need strong single-thread speed alongside plenty of parallel throughput for streaming or content work.

240mm liquid cooling keeps thermals in check

A 240mm liquid cooler manages heat from the 24-core CPU during sustained loads. The 750W power supply delivers stable current to the GPU and platform without excess overhead. Integrated audio and 2.5G Ethernet complete the I/O while the case fans maintain airflow at reasonable noise levels.

Dual-drive storage and RGB lighting included

A 1TB NVMe SSD provides fast boot and application launch times, while a 2TB HDD adds bulk capacity for game libraries and media. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed and the system ships tested. RGB lighting on the ASUS TUF GT501 case offers visual customisation without extra software installation.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 240mm liquid cooler in the ASUS TUF GT501 case, and which mounting step is often missed?

The 240mm liquid cooler mounts to the case radiator brackets using the included Intel LGA 1851 hardware; the step people skip is tightening the pump block in a cross pattern so the Core Ultra 9 285K makes even contact before the first boot.

What maintenance or replacement will the 240mm liquid cooler and 750W power supply need later?

The 240mm liquid cooler is a sealed unit — no refill is required — but dust the radiator fins every few months; the 750W power supply has no user‑serviceable parts and only needs replacement if fan noise or voltage drift appears years down the road.

Which limit appears first during sustained loads on the Core Ultra 9 285K with the 240mm liquid cooler?

The 240mm liquid cooler’s heat‑soak capacity is the first bottleneck; under prolonged 24‑core workloads the coolant temperature rises until the pump and fans hit maximum speed, capping the 5.7GHz boost before the 750W power supply or Radeon RX 9060 XT 8GB GDDR6 become limiting factors.
