Core Ultra 9 285K 24-core processor

The Intel Core Ultra 9 285K drives this desktop with 24 cores and a 5.7 GHz boost clock. It targets enthusiasts who want high frame rates in modern titles and responsive multitasking for creative workloads. The LGA 1851 platform provides a current-generation foundation for gaming and productivity.

2TB NVMe SSD and 32GB DDR5 capacity

A 2TB NVMe drive holds a large library of games and applications with fast load times. 32GB of DDR5 memory supports heavy multitasking and memory-intensive titles at high settings. Builders who need more storage or plan to run memory-hungry professional suites will need to add drives or modules later.

240mm liquid cooler and 850W power supply

The 240 mm liquid cooler manages thermals for the 24-core CPU during sustained gaming sessions. An 850W unit delivers stable power to the Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics card and the rest of the system. The Gigabyte C301 GLASS case adds RGB lighting and a 2.5G Ethernet port for wired networking.

Questions about this item

Will the 2.5G Ethernet port work with my existing Cat5e cabling?

Yes, the 2.5G Ethernet port is backward compatible with Cat5e cables, though maximum throughput will be limited to 1Gbps on that older cabling standard.

How can I confirm the 240mm liquid cooler is functioning correctly after first boot?

Enter the BIOS to verify the CPU fan header reports a pump speed above zero and that the Core Ultra 9 285K idle temperature sits in a typical 30–40°C range.

Does the box include the 850W power supply cables needed for the RX 9070 XT, or must I buy them separately?

The 850W unit is pre-installed with all necessary PCIe power cables already connected to the Radeon RX 9070 XT, so no separate cable purchase is required.
