System configuration

The ArsenalPC Gigabyte C301 GLASS is a new gaming desktop built around an Intel Core i7-14700KF 20-core processor running at 3.4GHz. It pairs that CPU with a GeForce RTX 5070 graphics card carrying 12GB GDDR7 memory and 64GB of DDR5 system memory. A 4TB NVMe SSD provides the primary storage volume and Windows 11 Home comes pre-installed.

Cooling and power

A 240mm liquid cooler handles the CPU thermal load while the 850W power supply feeds the complete platform. The supplier notes that component brands may vary between builds. The chassis includes WiFi and RGB lighting as standard features.

Deciding specification

The GeForce RTX 5070 with 12GB GDDR7 determines whether this system matches the target resolution and refresh rate. Buyers who need more video memory or a higher GPU tier should look elsewhere. The four DDR5 slots are fully populated with the 64GB kit.

Questions about this item

How is the 240mm liquid cooler installed and what step is often missed?

The 240mm liquid cooler comes pre-installed on the Intel Core i7-14700KF; the step often missed is removing the protective plastic film from the cold plate before the system is powered on.

What maintenance or replacement will the 240mm liquid cooler need later?

The sealed 240mm liquid cooler requires no routine fluid maintenance; if pump noise or CPU temperatures rise after several years, the entire unit would be replaced as a single component.

What limit appears first on the RTX 5070 12GB GDDR7 during sustained gaming?

The 12GB GDDR7 frame buffer is the first limit reached in extended 4K sessions, causing texture streaming stalls before the GPU core hits its thermal ceiling.
