System purpose

This is a pre-built gaming desktop built around an Intel Core i7-14700KF 20-core processor and an AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT graphics card. It ships with Windows 11 Home installed, 32GB of DDR5 memory and a 4TB NVMe SSD. The configuration targets players who want a ready-to-run system for high-refresh 1440p gaming and multitasking workloads.

Deciding specification

The graphics card provides 8GB of GDDR6 video memory on a PCI Express x16 interface and is marked virtual-reality ready. That VRAM amount is the single figure that determines whether the system can hold the texture sets required by modern titles at high settings. Buyers who want more video memory for 4K texture packs or heavy VR titles should look elsewhere.

Installation notes

The PC arrives assembled, liquid-cooled with a 240mm radiator and powered by a 750W supply, so no internal build steps are required. Typical issues are limited to seating the GPU firmly after transit, connecting the 240mm cooler fans to the motherboard headers and ensuring the Wi-Fi antennas are screwed on before first boot.

Questions about this item

How does the 20-core i7-14700KF behave once it is inside the C301 chassis?

The 20-core i7-14700KF runs at a 3.4 GHz base frequency and is cooled by a 240 mm liquid cooler, so sustained multi-thread workloads stay within thermal limits inside the Gigabyte C301 case.

What does the PCI Express x16 link mean for the Radeon RX 9060 XT in practice?

The graphics card connects through a full PCI Express x16 slot, giving the RX 9060 XT its maximum 16-lane bandwidth so the 8 GB GDDR6 frame buffer is never starved by the bus.

Will the 240 mm liquid cooler and RX 9060 XT both fit in the Gigabyte C301 glass case?

The C301 chassis is built to accept a 240 mm radiator and a full-length PCI Express x16 graphics card, so the supplied liquid cooler and RX 9060 XT install without clearance issues.
