ArsenalPC Hyte X50 Purple gaming desktop

This pre-built desktop ships with Windows 11 Home installed and is aimed at gamers who want a complete system ready to play. It pairs a 16-core Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor running at 4.7GHz with a Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics card. The Hyte X50 Purple chassis includes a 360mm liquid cooler with a panoramic LCD panel and ten 120mm fans for airflow.

Connectivity limits of the included interfaces

The motherboard uses an AMD AM5 chipset and provides 2.5G Ethernet plus a wireless card for network access. Audio is handled by an integrated sound card. Storage connects through an NVMe interface on a single 1TB drive. Memory slots accept 288-pin DDR5 DIMMs, and the 850W power supply sets the ceiling for total component draw.

16GB DDR5 and 1TB NVMe headroom

Sixteen gigabytes of DDR5 memory handles modern titles and multitasking, though heavy content creation or memory-intensive mods may need more. The 1TB NVMe SSD holds the operating system and a solid game library, but large media collections or extensive capture footage will require additional storage. The 850W unit supports the current GPU and CPU with headroom, yet future upgrades to significantly higher-power parts could exceed its capacity.

Questions about this item

Is the 16 GB DDR5 kit enough for the Ryzen 7 9800X3D and RX 9070 XT?

The 16 GB DDR5 kit pairs with the 16-core Ryzen 7 9800X3D and Radeon RX 9070 XT 16GB GDDR6 for modern gaming at high settings.

What does the 4.7 GHz figure mean once the PC is running games?

The 4.7 GHz clock on the Ryzen 7 9800X3D gives strong single-thread speed for high frame rates in CPU-limited titles.

How does the 2.5G Ethernet port cap real-world throughput?

The 2.5G Ethernet port supports up to 2.5 Gbps wired throughput, so large game downloads and LAN transfers run faster than standard gigabit.
