System overview

The ArsenalPC Hyte X50 Purple is a liquid-cooled gaming desktop built around a Ryzen 9 9950X 16-core processor running at 4.3GHz. It pairs that CPU with an RTX 5070 graphics card carrying 12GB of GDDR7 memory and 128GB of DDR5 system RAM. A 2TB NVMe drive provides primary storage, while Windows 11 Home comes pre-installed on the AM5 platform.

Sustained-load behaviour

A 360mm liquid cooler with a panoramic LCD handles the processor heat, supported by ten 120mm fans split between the case and the radiator. The 850W power supply feeds the full component set during extended sessions. This cooling and power arrangement is intended to keep clocks stable when the 16-core CPU and the RTX 5070 are both under continuous pressure.

Interface limits

The system connects to wired networks at 2.5G Ethernet and includes a wireless card for cable-free access. The graphics card and storage use the NVMe and GDDR7 interfaces native to the installed components. Builders who need more storage bays, additional PCIe lanes or a higher-wattage supply will find the current chassis and 850W unit restrictive.

Questions about this item

How loud and hot does the 850 W power supply and 10 x 120 mm fans run during all-day gaming?

The system uses a 360 mm liquid cooler with three 120 mm fans plus seven case fans, all 120 mm, to move heat from the 16-core Ryzen 9 9950X and RTX 5070 while the 850 W supply provides headroom for sustained loads.

Which display cables and monitor inputs do I need for the RTX 5070 12 GB GDDR7 graphics card?

The RTX 5070 uses modern DisplayPort and HDMI outputs; connect a compatible cable to your monitor’s matching input for 12 GB GDDR7 performance.

Can I keep my current 2.5 G Ethernet router and Wi-Fi network with this desktop?

Yes, the motherboard includes a 2.5G Ethernet port and a wireless card, so it will join your existing wired and wireless network without extra hardware.
