Complete system specification

The ArsenalPC Hyte X50 Purple is a pre-built gaming desktop PC with a Ryzen 9 9950X3D 16 core processor at 4.3GHz, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 graphics card with 32GB GDDR7, 64GB DDR5 memory and a 4TB NVMe SSD. Windows 11 Home is installed and the system ships tested.

Who this suits and who it does not

This desktop suits buyers who want a fully assembled high-performance gaming PC with liquid cooling, a panoramic LCD display and extensive RGB lighting. It is not for builders who need a bare-bones chassis, a lower-wattage power supply or a system without the integrated LCD cooler.

Deciding specification

The 1200W power supply is the single specification that decides whether this is the right part for a build that must support the RTX 5090 and 16-core CPU under sustained load.

Questions about this item

Will the Hyte X50 Purple case and 360 mm liquid cooler fit on a standard ATX motherboard tray?

The Hyte X50 Purple is a full-tower chassis designed for ATX and E-ATX boards; the 360 mm liquid cooler mounts to the top or front 120 mm fan positions, so a standard ATX tray clears it without modification.

Which step do builders most often miss when seating the RTX 5090 and connecting the 1200 W supply?

The RTX 5090 requires the new 12V-2x6 power connector; the common mistake is plugging the older 8-pin cables instead of the single 12V-2x6 lead from the 1200 W unit, leaving the GPU unpowered.

How often should the liquid in the 360 mm cooler be refreshed and the 10 120 mm fans cleaned?

Plan to inspect the coolant clarity every 12 months and top up or replace if discoloured; clean dust from all 10 120 mm fans (7 case, 3 radiator) every 3 to 6 months using compressed air.
