High-end AMD desktop for 4K gaming

The ArsenalPC build pairs a 16-core Ryzen 9 9950X3D processor running at 4.3GHz with a Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics card holding 16GB GDDR6 memory. 32GB DDR5 RAM and a 1TB NVMe SSD complete a platform aimed at enthusiasts who want high frame rates at 4K resolution without assembling parts themselves. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed and the system ships tested.

Liquid cooling and wireless connectivity included

A 240mm liquid cooler handles the CPU thermal load inside the MSI GUNGNIR 110R chassis, while an 850W power supply feeds the components. Integrated 2.5G Ethernet and a wireless card provide network flexibility, and RGB lighting adds visual customisation. Component brands may vary across production batches.

Pre-built convenience with proprietary constraints

The desktop arrives fully assembled and configured, so installation is limited to placing the tower and connecting peripherals. Proprietary case layout or motherboard design may restrict future cooler or motherboard upgrades. Builders who want full standardised component compatibility or users needing more than 1TB of fast storage should consider other options.

Questions about this item

How often will the 240mm liquid cooler need its fluid refreshed or the pump replaced?

The sealed 240mm liquid cooler is maintenance-free for its service life; no fluid changes or pump servicing are required.

Which component hits its thermal or power ceiling first during extended 4K gaming sessions?

The Radeon RX 9070 XT 16GB GDDR6 graphics card typically reaches its thermal limit before the 850W power supply or Ryzen 9 9950X3D processor under sustained load.

How loud does the 240mm liquid cooler get when the Ryzen 9 9950X3D runs at 4.3GHz all day?

Pump noise stays low; radiator fans ramp up under load but remain quieter than equivalent air coolers at the same 4.3GHz sustained frequency.
