This ArsenalPC system ships fully assembled with Windows 11 Home installed and all drivers configured. The 16-core Ryzen 9 9950X3D processor and Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics card target enthusiasts who want strong frame rates in modern titles without building from parts. It arrives tested and ready to play.

Simple first boot with liquid cooling already fitted

The 240mm liquid cooler comes pre-installed on the CPU, so there is no cooler mounting or thermal paste work required. Connect power, monitor and peripherals then press the power button. The main risk is transit vibration loosening a cable or memory module; reseat the 32GB DDR5 sticks and check GPU power connectors if the system does not post.

Verify monitor inputs

The graphics card provides DisplayPort and HDMI outputs; confirm your display matches one of these. The motherboard includes 2.5G Ethernet and a wireless card for Wi-Fi connectivity. The 850W power supply runs from a standard mains lead. Buyers who want more storage than the single 2TB NVMe drive should plan to add drives themselves.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the 240mm liquid cooler is keeping the Ryzen 9 9950X3D at safe temperatures?

Enter the BIOS or use monitoring software in Windows 11 Home to watch the CPU temperature under load; the 240mm liquid cooler should hold the 16-core processor well within its thermal limits.

What components come pre-installed and what must I add before first boot?

The PC arrives with the Ryzen 9 9950X3D, RX 9070 XT 16GB GDDR6, 32GB DDR5, 2TB NVMe SSD, 850W power supply, Windows 11 Home, Wi-Fi and 2.5G Ethernet already installed — only a monitor, keyboard and mouse are needed.

Which configuration suits 4K gaming with the RX 9070 XT 16GB GDDR6?

The single listed build pairs the 16GB GDDR6 graphics card with 32GB DDR5 and a 2TB NVMe SSD, giving the video memory and fast storage needed for 4K textures without further upgrades.
