ArsenalPC ROG Strix Helios GX601 Gaming Desktop

This new gaming desktop combines an Intel Core Ultra 7 265KF processor with 20 cores and a 5.4 GHz boost clock alongside an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 graphics card with 32GB GDDR7 memory. It includes 32GB DDR5 RAM, a 4TB NVMe SSD paired with a 2TB HDD, and a 1200W power supply. A 360mm liquid cooler manages thermals inside the ROG Strix Helios GX601 case with RGB lighting.

Intel LGA 1851 Platform Constraints

The system uses the Intel LGA 1851 chipset which defines the processor upgrade path and memory controller capabilities for this build. The 2.5G Ethernet port and integrated wireless card provide network connectivity options within the platform limits. DDR5 memory support is native to this socket generation. Component brands may vary across the build affecting specific feature sets.

RTX 5090 32GB GDDR7 Determines Fit

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 with 32GB GDDR7 video memory is the single specification that decides whether this system meets a buyer's performance target for 4K gaming or professional GPU workloads. Buyers who need a different GPU tier or less video memory should consider alternative configurations. The 1200W power supply supports this specific graphics card's power requirements.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 4TB NVMe SSD or the 2TB HDD for my main games library?

Install active titles on the 4TB NVMe SSD for fast load times; use the 2TB HDD for media, backups and less-played games.

What does the 5.4GHz boost clock on the Core Ultra 7 265KF deliver in actual gameplay?

The 20-core processor hits 5.4GHz on demanding threads, keeping frame rates high in CPU-heavy scenes while the liquid cooler manages thermals.

How does the 2.5G Ethernet port limit my network speed?

The 2.5G Ethernet caps wired throughput at 2.5 Gbps, so multi-gig internet plans or fast NAS transfers will hit that ceiling.
