System purpose and audience

This ArsenalPC desktop pairs an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K 24-core processor with an NVIDIA RTX 5060 graphics card, 16GB DDR5 memory and a 1TB NVMe SSD plus 2TB HDD. It targets gamers and content creators who want a ready-to-run Windows 11 machine with liquid cooling and RGB lighting in the ROG Strix Helios GX601 case.

Who fits and who does not

The build suits users who value a pre-assembled, liquid-cooled system with dual storage and 2.5G Ethernet for low-latency networking. Buyers who need more than 16GB of memory, a higher-tier GPU for 4K ultra settings, or a different chassis layout should look at other configurations.

Deciding specification

The RTX 5060 with 8GB GDDR7 VRAM determines whether this PC meets your performance target, as it sets the ceiling for resolution, frame rate and feature support in current and upcoming titles.

Questions about this item

What PCIe generation does the RTX 5060 use and what bandwidth does it provide?

The graphics card connects through the Intel LGA 1851 platform PCIe lanes, delivering the throughput defined by that interface for the RTX 5060.

What are the case dimensions and motherboard form-factor limits for the ROG Strix Helios GX601?

The ROG Strix Helios GX601 chassis supports ATX, micro-ATX and mini-ITX motherboards with generous clearance for the 360 mm liquid cooler and full-length graphics cards.

How is the 360 mm liquid cooler installed and what step do builders often miss?

The 360 mm radiator mounts to the top or front panel with included brackets; the step often missed is orienting the pump unit so the tubes enter from the bottom to avoid air bubbles.
