Complete Gaming Desktop System

The ArsenalPC ROG Strix Helios GX601 arrives as a fully assembled Windows 11 Home desktop built around a Ryzen 7 9700X 8-core processor and Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics card. It targets enthusiasts who want 4K gaming performance and heavy multitasking capacity without assembling parts themselves. The 128GB DDR5 memory and combined 4TB NVMe plus 2TB HDD storage support large game libraries and creative workloads alike.

Power And Connectivity Requirements

Verify that your mains outlet can supply an 850W power draw under sustained load and that you have space for a full-tower chassis with a 360mm liquid cooler radiator. The motherboard uses an AMD AM5 chipset with 288-pin DIMM slots, so any future memory upgrades must match the DDR5 standard. Network infrastructure should support 2.5G Ethernet to utilise the wired port, while the integrated wireless card handles Wi-Fi connectivity.

Sustained Load Behaviour

The 360mm liquid cooler keeps the Ryzen 7 9700X at stable clocks during extended gaming or rendering sessions, avoiding the thermal throttling common with smaller air coolers. The Radeon RX 9070 XT with 16GB GDDR6 maintains consistent frame rates in long play sessions thanks to the chassis airflow design. The 850W power supply delivers clean power to both CPU and GPU without hitting protection limits during prolonged peak demand.

Questions about this item

Does the ROG Strix Helios GX601 case come with a keyboard and mouse, or do I need to buy them separately?

The system ships as a complete desktop tower with the Ryzen 7 9700X, RX 9070 XT, 128GB DDR5, 4TB NVMe SSD, 2TB HDD, 850W power supply and Windows 11 Home pre-installed. A keyboard and mouse are not included and must be purchased separately.

Which storage combination works best — the 4TB NVMe SSD plus 2TB HDD, or would a single larger NVMe be faster for games?

The 4TB NVMe SSD provides fast load times for the operating system and active games, while the 2TB HDD adds bulk capacity for media and backups. Both drives are installed and ready to use.

What does the 128GB DDR5 figure mean for actual 4K gaming performance with the RX 9070 XT 16GB GDDR6?

The 128GB DDR5 ensures the Ryzen 7 9700X and RX 9070 XT have ample memory bandwidth for 4K textures and background tasks, preventing bottlenecks in modern titles.
