Six-channel headphone amplifier

The ART HeadAmp6 Pro provides six independent high-power headphone outputs for studio and stage monitoring. Each channel includes bass and treble EQ plus a dual-function pan/mix control for flexible routing. Stereo auxiliary inputs and multiple monitoring settings per channel support diverse workflow needs. Precision eight-segment LED bar graphs give clear visual level feedback on every channel.

Headroom and routing limits

Six channels cover small ensemble tracking, podcast round-tables or multi-seat rehearsal rooms with room to spare. The single front-panel main insert jack handles one external processor at a time, so complex insert chains need external patching. Parallel main outputs allow daisy-chaining additional units when more than six headphone feeds are required. Buyers who need more than six independent mixes or per-channel insert points will need a larger distribution system.

Build and daily connectivity

Front- and rear-mounted headphone jacks let users plug in quickly at the desk or keep cables tidy at the rack rear. XLR and quarter-inch main inputs and outputs integrate with professional balanced and unbalanced gear without adapters. The all-metal chassis and rack-mount format withstand touring and fixed-install use alike. No internal fan means silent operation in critical listening environments.

Questions about this item

Will the six independent channels let me keep my existing stereo mixer and feed each musician a separate mix?

Yes, the unit provides six independent channels, each with its own bass and treble EQ plus a dual-function pan/mix control so you can route a unique blend to every pair of headphones.

How do I confirm each channel is passing signal at the right level once I have it racked?

Each channel has an eight-segment LED bar graph on the front panel that shows real-time output level, letting you verify signal presence and headroom at a glance.

Does the package include the XLR and 1/4-inch cables I need to connect my interface, or must I buy them separately?

The box contains the HeadAmp6 Pro unit only; XLR and 1/4-inch interconnect cables for the main inputs, outputs and parallel outputs are not included and must be purchased separately.
