Form-fitted holster for Cisco 7925

The ArtisanPower holster is a basic carrying case designed to hold Cisco Unified Wireless IP Phone models 7925G and 7925G-EX. It provides a snug, form-fitted enclosure that secures the handset during daily use. The case is intended for workers who need their wireless phone attached to a belt while moving through a facility.

Replaces worn or missing OEM clip

This holster matches the OEM part number CP-HOLSTER-7925G, making it a direct substitute for the original Cisco accessory. The upgrade is worthwhile when the factory clip breaks, loses its ratchet tension, or no longer rotates smoothly. It restores the ability to keep the handset ready at the hip without relying on a loose pocket.

Belt mounting with rotating ratchet clip

Installation consists of sliding the phone into the moulded cavity until it seats firmly, then clipping the rotating ratchet mechanism onto a standard belt. The ratchet locks the clip at the chosen angle to prevent unintended rotation. The only common issue is forcing the handset in upside-down, which prevents the latch from engaging properly.

Questions about this item

Does this holster fit the Cisco 7925G and 7925G-EX models?

Yes, it is designed for the Cisco Unified Wireless IP Phone 7925G and 7925G-EX with a form-fitted design that snugly encases the handset.

How does the swivel belt clip attach and what is the common mistake?

The rotating, ratcheting clip slides onto a belt; the step users miss is pressing the ratchet to lock the angle before use.

Will the ratcheting mechanism on the belt clip wear out over time?

The clip uses a mechanical ratchet to lock rotation; normal use may loosen the detent, but no user-serviceable parts are inside.
