BrushBone Dog Toothbrush Toy

The BrushBone is a rubber dental chew toy designed for dogs to clean their teeth while they play. It features tooth-shaped openings and hidden bristles that scrape away plaque and massage gums during chewing. A built-in treat dispenser encourages engagement and makes the toy appealing to pets. It is made from durable blue rubber suitable for dogs of most sizes.

Chew-Driven Cleaning Action

The toy works passively as the dog chews, requiring no external power or manual brushing by the owner. Natural chewing motions drive the three-way cleaning action across teeth and gum surfaces. The rubber construction withstands regular gnawing sessions without breaking apart. This design integrates dental maintenance into the animal's daily play routine.

Treat Dispenser and Replacement Cycle

The integrated treat compartment holds snacks to motivate reluctant chewers and extend play time. The manufacturer advises replacing the unit monthly to maintain optimal hygiene and cleaning effectiveness. The blue rubber material is sized for general use but is not recommended for very small dogs. No additional accessories or software are included with the product.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the BrushBone 15612 for my dog?

Place a treat inside the dispenser and give the bone to your dog; the tooth-shaped openings and hidden bristles clean teeth while they chew, but skipping the treat often means the dog ignores it.

When should I replace the BrushBone 15612?

The manufacturer recommends replacing it every month for best results, as the rubber bristles wear down and lose cleaning effectiveness with daily chewing.

What limits how long the BrushBone 15612 lasts during heavy chewing sessions?

The durable rubber material withstands regular chewing, but aggressive chewers can wear down the bristles and tooth-shaped openings faster, reducing the three-way cleaning action.
