Purpose and pet fit

This slow feeder bowl suits dogs and cats that eat too quickly and then suffer choking, vomiting or bloating. The internal maze forces the animal to work around raised sections so meals take longer and digestion improves. It is a single blue plastic bowl sized for everyday use.

Cleaning and daily handling

The plastic construction weighs only 0.4100 units and can be washed by hand or placed in a dishwasher for quick turnaround between feeds. No electronic parts or moving mechanisms mean there is nothing to wear out or make noise during mealtime.

Maze design benefit

The raised pattern turns a standard portion into a light foraging activity that keeps the pet occupied while you are away at work or running errands. This mental engagement reduces gulping and supports calmer behaviour after eating.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the DI754 slow feeder and what is the common mistake?

Place the bowl on a flat surface and add food into the maze ridges; the step owners often miss is spreading kibble evenly so the pet cannot gulp from a single deep pocket.

What upkeep will the blue plastic bowl need over time?

Hand-wash with warm soapy water after each meal and inspect the raised ridges for cracks; replace the bowl if any ridge breaks to keep the slow-feed effect working.

At what point does the 7.8-inch diameter limit how much food I can serve?

The shallow 1.9-inch depth caps the usable volume, so large-breed meals over roughly two cups will overflow the maze before the pet finishes eating.
