What the sharpener does

The Enteenly Electric Knife Sharpener model ROGYQ7 uses a three-stage sharpening process to repair, restore and polish blades. It handles chef’s knives, utility knives, santoku knives and similar cutlery. A non-slip base and secure knife guide keep the blade stable during use.

Limits of the three-stage process

The three-stage system is designed for straight-edged kitchen knives and cannot sharpen serrated blades, scissors or specialty tools. It requires mains power to operate and the fixed angle guides do not accommodate custom bevel angles. Heavily damaged or chipped edges may need professional grinding before this sharpener can finish them.

Deciding specification — weight

The unit weighs 0.9000 kg, making it light enough to store in a drawer yet stable enough to stay in place on a worktop while sharpening. Buyers who need a heavier bench-mounted sharpener for high-volume commercial use should look elsewhere.
