Magnetic Crawling Action

Powerful magnets let the beetles scurry on any metal surface including walls, appliances or vehicles for vertical pranks or horizontal races without falling. Each electronic bug moves with realistic motion that surprises onlookers while remaining completely harmless and silent.

Simple Battery Operation

Each beetle runs on two AAA batteries which are not included and a basic on/off switch controls the movement. Installation is as easy as inserting the cells and flipping the switch; the only common issue is forgetting to buy batteries before the fun begins.

Metal Surface Required

Check that you have accessible magnetic surfaces such as a fridge, filing cabinet or car body before ordering because the beetles cannot crawl on wood, plastic or painted drywall. The set is designed for children aged eight and up as well as teens and adults who enjoy novelty gag gifts.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the beetles are crawling correctly after switching them on?

Place each beetle on a metal surface and watch it scurry vertically or horizontally without falling; the on/off switch gives immediate control.

What comes in the box and which batteries must I supply?

The set includes one blue and one red magnetic beetle; you need to provide 2 AAA batteries per beetle as they are not included.

Which version should I choose for head-to-head races?

This single set already contains both the blue and red beetles, so you can start racing or pranking right away without buying another pack.
