Ashcroft 251009 Pressure Gauge 0–200
The Ashcroft 251009 is a new electronic pressure gauge with a diaphragm seal, built for technicians and engineers who need reliable readings from 0 to 200 in demanding environments. Its stainless steel case and 316SS wetted parts resist corrosion while the polycarbonate lens protects the 2 1/2 inch dial.
Replaces gauges without diaphragm protection
This model adds a diaphragm seal that isolates the sensing element from clogging or corrosive media, a step up from standard gauges exposed directly to the process. The jump is worth it when the measured fluid would foul a plain bourdon tube or attack the socket material.
Fits 1/4 NPT lower connections in panels or piping
The lower mount threads into 1/4 inch NPT ports, sitting flush in panels or inline with process piping. The 1 % accuracy holds across an operating range of -40 to 150 F, freeing the operator from temperature compensation checks. No fill fluid means no leak risk if the case is damaged.

Questions about this item
What panel cut-out does the 63 mm dial need?
The 63 mm dial requires a standard 63 mm panel cut-out for flush mounting.
How do you seal the 1/4 NPT lower connection without leaks?
Apply PTFE tape to the 1/4 NPT threads, tighten to 20 Nm, then pressurise slowly to verify the diaphragm seal holds.
When should the polycarbonate lens be replaced?
Replace the lens if it clouds, cracks, or after five years of exposure to the full -40 to 150 °F range.
