The Ashcroft B424VXCYLM200 is a diaphragm-actuated pressure switch designed for machinery and machine-shop applications. It provides a Standard action with a SPDT contact form to open or close circuits at the set point. The unit carries NEMA 13, 3, 4 and 4X ratings for use in demanding environments.

Sustained Operation and Switching Behaviour

The switch operates across a 20 to 200 psi range with a differential of 5 to 13 psi. Factory on/off setting is fixed at 90 percent of range. AC contact ratings are 15 A at 125 V, 15 A at 250 V and 15 A at 480 V. DC ratings are .25 A at 125 V, .5 A at 120 V and 6 A at 30 V.

Connection and Mounting Constraint

A single 1/4 in FNPT port connects the process media to the diaphragm. The housing conforms to NEMA 13, 3, 4 and 4X without additional enclosures. Buyers who need multiple ports or a different thread type cannot use this model.
