27-inch QHD OLED gaming monitor

The ASRock Phantom Gaming PGO27QFS is a 27-inch flat WOLED display built for competitive gaming and colour-critical work. It delivers a 2560 x 1440 resolution at a 240 Hz refresh rate with a 0.03 ms GTG response time. The panel covers 99% DCI-P3 and 129% sRGB with Delta E<2 accuracy and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification.

Competitive gamers and colour-accurate creators

This monitor suits players who need the motion clarity of 240 Hz OLED and creators who require 99% DCI-P3 coverage with factory calibration. Users needing higher pixel density for text-heavy workflows or sustained full-screen brightness above 275 nits SDR should evaluate alternative panel technologies.

0.03 ms GTG response time

The 0.03 ms GTG figure is the decisive spec for motion handling; it virtually eliminates ghosting in fast-paced titles. Combined with AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and the 240 Hz refresh rate, it defines whether this panel meets your competitive gaming threshold.

Questions about this item

How loud or hot does the 27 inch OLED get when running at 240Hz all day?

The monitor uses graphene film cooling technology to manage heat from the self-emissive panel; there are no moving parts so it runs silently during extended sessions.

Which cables and ports must my PC already have to drive 2560 x 1440 at 240Hz?

You need a graphics card with either DisplayPort 1.4 or HDMI 2.1 output and a matching cable; both interfaces are present on the monitor.

Will my older GPU that only supports HDMI 1.4 still work with this 27 inch display?

Yes, the monitor includes two HDMI 2.1 ports that are backward compatible, though the 240Hz refresh rate at 1440p requires HDMI 2.1 or DisplayPort 1.4 bandwidth.
