AM4 board with X470 chipset, dual PCIe 3.0 x16 slots, 64 GB DDR4 capacity and Intel Gigabit LAN plus 802.11ac Wi‑Fi
The ASRock X470 Master SLI/AC is an ATX motherboard built around the AMD Promontory X470 chipset for the AM4 socket. It accepts Ryzen processors from the Matisse, Picasso, Summit Ridge, Raven Ridge and Pinnacle Ridge families. The board targets enthusiasts who need multi-GPU support and integrated wireless connectivity in a single package.
Primary graphics run at PCIe 3.0 x16 from the CPU; a second card drops both slots to x8 and x8. Four PCIe 2.0 x1 slots handle add-in cards such as sound or capture devices. The Ultra M.2 socket (M2_1) delivers up to PCIe Gen3 x4 (32Gb/s) with Matisse, Picasso, Summit Ridge, Raven Ridge and Pinnacle Ridge CPUs, while a second M.2 socket (Key E) carries the bundled Wi-Fi 802.11 ac module.
Four 288-pin DDR4 slots support a maximum of 64GB in dual-channel mode. Matisse CPUs officially run 3200/2933/2667/2400/2133 ECC and non-ECC; Pinnacle Ridge and Summit Ridge add 3466+(OC) and 3200(OC). Exceeding 64GB is not possible on this platform, so memory capacity is the decisive specification for builders planning large workloads.

The specifications list DDR4 3200, 2933, 2667, 2400 and 2133 as supported speeds for Matisse processors, all running in dual-channel mode up to 64 GB total.
The HDMI 1.4 output is rated for a maximum of 4K x 2K at 40 Hz, so 4K at 60 Hz is not available through this port.
With a Matisse processor the Ultra M.2 socket runs at PCIe Gen3 x4, giving up to 32 Gb/s for a compatible M.2 drive.
